Default Damn you, Omnipower!

I haven't even had these piece of shit LCA's on for a year and the bushing is already shot. Anyone else have this problem? What are my options? Do stock bushings fit?

If I hadn't have given you my stock ones, I would throw those back on for sure.

Thats crap man, give them a call and see if they'll offer compensation.

Just be sure to tell them you torqued everything while under load...

I don't think they're going to offer any sort of compensation since those are the discontinued ones. The bushings on mine are looking a little like that also, but I don't hear any noise coming from them.

That's just pathetic. :a:
Where the hell are they getting their bushings from?
A marshmallow factory?

They're supposed to be "hard rubber" bushings or some shit. Mine got like that no more than 6 months after I installed them, had them on for about a year and a half and no noises or problems though.

Sorry to bring this thread back but...

I finally got my Koni & GC setup to replace the crappy Tokico Illumina kit i've been using for the last 3 years. I have a few seized bolts in my rear LCA's, and drilling/cutting them out is my only option at this point.

Rather than change the bushings in my stock LCA's, I was considering ordering the new Omni Power design. Am I going to run into this same problem? Am I better off with the MFactory LCA's with the Spherical bearings? Or should I just stick with OEM?

If you are looking to upgrade your LCA's, look into the PIC LCA. I have a link if you want it.
