Default Timing Belt Installation

My car is a 94 Integra gsr and I have three questions.

First question: Which direction are the arrows supposed to be facing when installing a Greddy timing belt?

Second question: Which are the TDC and which are the UP marks on a Skunk2 adjustable cam gear? Is the tooth that has a hole drilled in it TDC?

Third question: Are the camshaft holder bolts supposed to be torqued to 20ft/lbs... I have broken 2 brand new bolts and am not sure if it's too much torque, or if my torque wrench is messed up.

Thanks in advance.

1. The same direction the engine spins, which is counter clockwise or towards the front bumper.

2. When the woodruff key is at 12 o'clock, you are at the same position as the "up" mark would point. Insert a punch, or something round into the camshaft holder holes on top, passenger side hole on the exhaust cam, and driver side hole on the intake cam. When it sits down into the camshaft, you know your right on TDC.

3. I believe its 20 Inch LBS you want, not Foot LBS.
