If you keep asking people to write down everything you need to make xxx power, your completely defeating the purpose of this hobby. Copying somebody's list of suggested parts will not always be the best thing to do. Every engine is different, and what works for one will not necessarily work for another.
It sounds like you are not truly passionate about accomplishing your goals, you just want "horsepower." Theres nothing wrong with that if you can afford to drop your car off at a shop with a blank check and pay them whatever it takes, but it seems your just looking for the easiest and cheapest way to fame. In my opinion, an enthusiasts forms there own ideal setup after years of reading, trial & error, experience, dedication and a decent amount of funding.
If you want a fast car but have no interest in researching, or putting forth any effort to learn on your own then your better off saving your money and paying somebody who knows. If you really want to make this a very large portion of your life, stop being lazy! Its not hard to find out everything you need to properly turbo charge your LS and make 250 + whp for < 3K. If I remember correctly, a fairly knowledgable HAN member offered to show you the ropes because he lives close to you. Why didn't you take advantage of that?
Heres a few links if you decide this is for you. Google is your friend...

I could go on and on, my Bookmarks folder consists of many categorized automotive folders, ranging from tunning to FI to physics, etc etc. It's my encyclopedia to the auto world.
Edit: Sorry for the rant, not trying to be an ass. It's been a frustrating day.
