ITR Rear and Front Sway bars
Don't worry about the front sway. The LS is the same as the Type R.
The rear is where you want to change. I believe the LS comes with a 14mm sway bar. Make sure you get a BSQ kit or Beaks to reinforce your subframe since the Type R sway is 22mm. You don't want to tear your subframe!

^ oops, sorry, try2live, i accidentally hit edit on your thread, but i didn't change your post. anyway..
the LS front isn't the same as the ITR, but it's not a enough of a difference to really warrant the labor involved in swapping it out. otherwise, yes, the rear is the what you want to look at changing, and try2live4god is correct, you'll want a mounting kit like BSQ or beaks.. try a search, fearthetruth34. welcome to the boards.
