Default Clutch & Header??

How's everyone doing 2day. These are my ??'s I plan on lowering car no more than 1.3". I wanted to get some headers but was thinking either a USDM Type R ( is it 4-1 or 4-2 ) or DC . I hear alot of people stating 4-1 sits lower. Why do they sit lower than a 4-2-1? Either way would I need anything xtra or straight bolt on. I only have a sri. Wanted your opinion
Also, what clutch setup would you recommend for a daily driver & occasional track. Staying NA. Just want something slightly better than stock & of course rush hour stop/go traffic.
Thanks,

either header will work fine, 4-2-1 will probably help in the midrange whereas a 4-1 will help more on the top end. Either style should give you a little improvement over stock. Ground clearance is always an issue especially on lowered vehicles, not much you can do there except don't drive over speed bumps and steep driveways.

A 4-1 will usually hang a little lower because all 4 pipes go under the oil pan.

Clutch choice really comes down to the type of driving you do. Exedy, ACT and Clutchmaster all make very nice replacement clutches.

I had no problems with my ACT HDSS and ACT Streetlite flywheel.

Honestly, I think the money you're spending on you header this early in your car mod history could better be spent on a rear sway bar. look into a beaks kit.
