Did you reset the ECU by disconnecting the positive battery lead for 5 minutes? If not, you ought to.

Also, if you still have your OEM CD deck... make sure you have the anti-theft code before disconnecting the battery.

Only reason why your CEL is still on is because you haven't reset it yet. Why did you change the FPR?

I reset the light with my scanner. I changed the FPR because I was having a hard start in the morning and I did a vacuum test on it and it was bad. I still have cold morning start though. The light hasnt come on but I think it will. It was code p0172 not p0170

Did you replace the pre-cat o2 sensor, or the secondary? I would double check the wiring if it wasn't a plug and play sensor. Also consider checking your timing belt, you may have advanced or retarded one of the cam sprockets.

If your positive all that is good, it might be the TPS sensor or a faulty fuel injector.

The diagnostics port is located under the dash, behind the center console on the passanger side.

2001TEGGSR is correct.....it's directly behind the center console on the passenger side......the ecu is the one by the kick panel.
