Cam Specs?
I'm looking to do a cam swap... but am unsure of what specs I should be looking for to mesh well with forced induction/turbo... any suggestions, comments or where I could find such information would be appreciated, thanks!

We need to know a bit about your setup. Is this a vtec engine? Stock internals? What is your turbo setup and power goals?
Assuming your working with a GSR that you drive daily, ITR or CTR cams will yield some impressive gains when accompanied with adjustable cam gears & dyno time to tune out the overlap. There are some aftermarket "turbo" camshafts, but for a daily driver your better off with OEM cam's.

OEM spec cams usually perform better on turbo applications than cams made specially for turbo.
Like 2001TEGGSR said, if you have a vtec motor, ITR/CTR cams will yield impressive gains. If you have a non-vtec motor, there are guys seeing good results with Crower 403 and 404 cams once they tune the cam timing with adjustable gears.
Typically OEM cams are more than sufficient for good power gains, so get the turbo setup solid before you go switching out cams.
