We need to know a bit about your setup. Is this a vtec engine? Stock internals? What is your turbo setup and power goals?
Assuming your working with a GSR that you drive daily, ITR or CTR cams will yield some impressive gains when accompanied with adjustable cam gears & dyno time to tune out the overlap. There are some aftermarket "turbo" camshafts, but for a daily driver your better off with OEM cam's.
