if talking about a stock b18c5, it's safe with a reasonable amount of power, adequate fuel system and good tuning. you can make more power with a higher cr and less boost but have a smaller margin for error when tuning. plus you'll still have great response out of boost.

if built, the sky's the limit.

i heard that most b-series blocks with stock valvetrain can safely run up to 7psi boosted and once you have upgraded, that it could handle more, but sky is the limit so yeah

stock b series blocks can handle 300-350whp easy with good tuning. psi is irrelevant without know the size of the turbo being used.

Typer motor = roughly $2,500-3,000 + boost money

OR

gsr motor = roughly $1,500 + $1-1,500 Forged internals + boost. Much better plan if you are going to use FI.

FooD are you serious man, ITR motor for 2K-3K , mine was over $6000 from inlinefour.com, i got the 98' Spec and also asked for an ITR sway bar which with shipping came out to $6800, i got lucky and my uncle installed it for free during a week off from work. so the numbers will be $5000-$7000W/Install.

It's just which is better for me.

I want good throttle response and good power, nothing HIGH BOOST, just wanna run around 400ish H.P. Maybe even 370 h.p
