Default suspension noise HELP

I recently lowered my car with KYB GR-2 shocks and H&R OE Sport springs. My thing now is when I hit bumps on the driver side of the car, in front, it makes a noise like if something is loose but I made sure everything was tightened back down. Do any of you what this could be? Plus the noise doesn't happen all the time.

Are they progressive springs? the coils might be clanking.

Buy some silencer tubing from honda...or make your own w/ rubber hose.

After I put springs and camber kit in I would get a clunk noise when I started and stopped. It went away after I got an alignment. I dunno if that's what fixed it but it stopped. HTH :dunno:

I had the same thing happen, and it ended up being my front sway bar...

I don't have a camber kit on because it should not need it because it's only 1" drop. I go to align it today so I hope that takes it away but it doesn't do it when I stop and start. They are also progressive springs so I will check into that thanks. Thanks for all the good ideas guys.
I have the H&R OE springs with GR-2 shocks if this helps with any ideas.
