Default Same with mine!

The first cool day of the year, which was actually a couple of days ago, my ebrake light will not go off. It actually came on when i was driving down the road, i tried pressing the brakes, and it would go off for a sec, then come right back on when i accelerated. It went away after about 10 min of driving though. Let me know if you find out why this happens.

2 things.

One, check your brake fluid.

Second, the cable could need tightening. Pull off your console and tighten the cable. Its a fairly simple process...shouldnt take long with a ratchet and a helms

I bet the light goes away with one of the above.

On some cars, that BRAKE light isnt specifically for the e-brake, its also to let you know if your brake fluid is low. I dont remember specifically for Integras, but thats the case for other cars.

ahh i see. ive always thought it was for the ebrake only since that light flickers on and off with the ebrake.
