To answer questions: Vibrations are worse when braking from higher speeds, but can be felt in nearly all braking. I have raybestos pads, nothing special, just from local parts store. I am stumped as to why this is happening, because the car was recently aligned, brake fluid replaced...just trying to troubleshoot and hopefully find the answer, thanks to those who have already replied!

i would check your caliper pins and boots... clean them up and lube them with some caliper grease. If they dont work right, your brakes will 'drag' and cause your rotors to heat excessively and probably cause warping later on.

See my powerslot rotor help issue.
I went through much of the same stuff in the period of 2 days.

It turned out the master cylinder was screwing up due to a bad brake job, the pads were put on incorrectly, and the pads were essentially gripping the rotor the entire time. It warped my brand new slotted powerslots in 1 day and 1.5-2 miles.
