Default Lowering Car??

I have done this to many cars in the past but just wanted to know if there is anything special I should watch out for or do while doing this to my teg?

Definately get shocks & springs. With the age of your shocks, I doubt they could hold up to some lowering springs for very long.

Follow the instructions.

ya I have heard of this so I got some penetrating oil to help with that. I heard that there is a tool to keep the shock from rotating when you put the top nut (on the strut tower in engine compartment) back on is this needed?

Its called get one of your friends, hand him a beer and say "gimme a hand with this real quick."

The shock won't rotate after you put on the bottom piece whose name escapes me right now....

Oh, almost forgot. Spring compressor. You need one.

Well I lowered it today and it went as well as can be expected. Here is a link to the pics I took. The white car is not mine of course but the rest are.
