Default Still having ect trouble

I'm still getting the ect sensor error code. This time I know the sensor is good, because I tested it and with the engine cold it has resistance 1.9kohms (book says 2, so I think thats good), and as the engine temp goes up the resistance goes down. Now I need to test the plug for voltage. Can someone tell me how to do this? I have a pocket digital multi meter and it has different settings for voltae. I don't know how to set it up properly, any help appreaciated. Thanx

My ECT sensor is throwing a CEL as well. I hope to check it out tues. or weds. My car has been struggling to start the past couple days when cold and the idle has been way lower than usual. I think this might be a symptom of a bad ECT sensor...are you having this problem as well?

Yes, my car really struggles to start in the morning but the idle is higher than usual. Around 1100 with the idle speed screw closed down, cant get it to idle at 750 to get it timed either . And no vtec

I just want to make sure...I went ahead and ordered a new ECT sensor and o-ring. This is part #'s 13 and 14 correct (for a gsr)?

So I replaced the sensor today and reset my ECU. I'm still throwing the code however and my car is still running rough. Did you resolve your ECT issue or is there something else I should take a look at?
