if you already have a healthy b18c1, no need to swap it out. type r pistons and cams arent going to give you a big boost in power by themselves. you need other supporting mods.

what are your power goals? what's your budget? do you want a quick daily driver? drag car? auto-x?

i wouldnt say it's "better" than an h22, but for your stated goals and budget, it's hard to beat.

Stick with your gsr motor... you're going to have to invest quite a bit of money into some front suspension to support the weight of that h22, money that could be put into making that gsr put more power to the pavement.

second biggest myth on the internet right behind "you need backpressure"

a set of coilovers and you're fine. which you should upgrade anyway. ground control even makes a set of coilovers specifically for cars with this swap.
