the front bumper on my 94 integra doesn't fit right, at first I thought it was because it was loose or it needed to be aligned, but I started thinking that what if that bumper is from a newer integra and there is a difference betwen them? I'm not sure thats why I'm posting this, can someone help me?

you might have a 98+ bumper in which case it wouldnt fit without the 98+ headlights and turn signals.

 

my friend also has a 94 integra and his bumper is not like mine, thats what made me think I might have the wrong kind of bumper

 

All 94-01 Integra bumpers are interchangeable. Looks like you have some frame damage or a damaged bumper contributing to a poor fit.

 

the fenders fit perfectly with the hood so I guess its the bumper

 

Are all the screws & retainers installed? You could try tightening them, if they are loose. Don't over tighten anything, or you run the risk of snapping parts.

Looks to me like your bumper is not mounted properly. After you fix that, try to adjust your hood towards the front.
