Default Shifting problem

I have this problem and I have had it for about 8 months. I have taken my Integra to numerous mechanics and they all say "nothings wrong" I even took it to Acura and they fixed my spark plug wire and sent me on my way.

I have a 97 Acura Integra Gs 2DR Coupe Auto.

My car has this horrible shifting problem. When Im accellerating as the transmission is shifting into gears the entire car CLUNKS. Its a horrible clunk. I feel like i've broken something every time it hits. It feels like its from under the hood.

I notice while I have just started my car I have to baby it because I can feel the anticipation before the clunk. The car feels like its trying trying trying to get there and then when it does it hits really hard into gear.

It doesen't do it all the time. Sometimes it shifts and I cant feel it. Like it goes through fases like it will be shifting perfect all of a sudden with no problems. It worrys me because I know it should be clunking. Then after a while it will start clunkin again, like my car has its own mind.

I changed the transmission fluid a while back and the transmission did nothing afterwards, didn't feel better or worse.

Then I attemped to fix my left side engine mount and that didn't help either.

I was under the hood with the mechanic last weekend and I noticed that the transmission was dripping a little fluid. The mechanic told me for a car with 191,000 miles that its normal to leak some fluid, but not a lot.

Is it?

I had a similar problem after i got the whole tranny thing figured out when i put my b18b into my old hatch. (sucks doin a swap no one has done) it clunked into gear, and before it started slippin left and right the lucas helped a lot. keep in mind i was in a different situation, as long as your dont shift yours manually, you shouldnt have a slipping problem. (lived and learned from that)
