whenever it rains or if the road is wet, if i brake a little too hard then my pedal would kinda bounce. the weird thing is that when that happens my whole front end makes really weird noise(like a lot of clunking noise) then my abs motor would like make a grinding noise. I really am stuck here. please help.

I think that's just the abs kicking in. My car does it too... if it's a little slippery or bumpy, the pedal gets all weird and the abs kicks in and makes a grinding/whining noise, it's normal.
