i was wondering if any one here knows how to change the valve stem seals on a 90 integra GS. if you do could you walk me through what tools will i need. ANY HELP IS APRECIATED.

 

It is sort-of unusual to want to do just the seals... any particular reason they need to be replaced? That job is a bit involved on any car, but the manual has a few pages covering the valves, guides, springs and seals. It also lists about 4 "special" tools.

 

yank them off with pliers. Doesn't matter if you mess up the old ones. Oil up the inside of the new ones. Find a a socket that fits over the inner part of the top but seats nicely over the wider part of the top. Put the socket overtop and lightly hammer them in, taking care not to damage them putting them on.
