Well if it ain't IACV, TPS is another good place to look. Probably not the main fuel relay.

When you look in the throttle body there is a hole that seems to be sucking in a great deal of air, almost to much. Located right behind there is the TPS. could the problem be there???

good chance that it is. have you tried using a diagnostic tool yet. with my car i think it might be the TPS. im saying this only because i have seen my uncle work on cars at his shop that had similiar problems like you and me have. also have you checked your timing or your coil.

my timings dead on, just got a new belt and pump put on about 3 months ago. ill just have to take it to a shop i guess.

thats the best thing to do. keep me updated man. would like to know what it was that caused this.

my 92 integra does that sometimes but mine is because my gas gauge is not working wheni put gas in it its fine
