I have the same problem with my LS ... idle and low cruising my car is fine, but when i hit it (3000rpm+) some times it produces white smoke, and other times it doesnt PLUS the smell of gasoline... a visual check didnt show any leaks.


of course i had just fixed a problem with my exhaust (destroyed gasket between header and cat pipe) could be my o2 sensor be the problem? could my car just need a few more on/off cycles to fix fuel mapping? or am i way off?
