obd1 vs obd2
personaly i would go with obd1 easer to splice than replace everything and obd1 is easer to tune in my opinion, and yes my girl has a 95 gsr and it pulls in 1st through 4th and still gains at 5th even at low rpms

Looks fine to me. Stock GSR motors aren't fast.
OBD doesn't have anything to do with anything in this case. An OBD1 GSR has the same amount of power as an OBD2 GSR. OBD1 is just favored because it is tunable using Hondata or some DIY PGMFI program and OBD2 is not.
