i thought that you will get more siginificant gains with bolt-ons with a B18C1 over a B18B? just like how a B18C1 will react better to bolt ons than a K20A3

The Acura Integra and Honda Civic both played a major role in the expansion of the import aftermarket, so any second or third gen Integra model will have plenty of options.

Do some critical thinking and ask a more specific question.
Then you'll get a useful answer.
ISSUES TO CONSIDER:
1) What's your budget?
2) What are your goals? Auto-X? 1/4 mile drag? Both?
3) How reliable do you need the car to be.
As the saying goes: Fast, Reliable, Cheap. Pick two, you can't get all three.
