The Acura Integra and Honda Civic both played a major role in the expansion of the import aftermarket, so any second or third gen Integra model will have plenty of options.

1) What's your budget?
2) What are your goals? Auto-X? 1/4 mile drag? Both?
3) How reliable do you need the car to be.
