Default turbo kit programs

i have a turbonetics turbo kit and was wondering if the hondata s200 program will replace the program that came with the turbo kit? the name of the program that came with the kit is a mf2

hondata is a programmable engine management system using your stock ecu. it allows someone to make changes to the fuel and ignition maps to make your engine run optimally. it also controls vtec x-over and other things. from what i understand about the mf2, it is nothing more than an injector controller that tells the injectors to spray more fuel. hondata is by far much better.
