I'd run a P73 ECU if possible...don't know what OBD your car is.

if he has obd-1 it might just be cheaper to hondata and remap... wouldnt it?

if you want the engine to run optimally, use the ecu that originally came with the engine. if you have significant mods, then you can get something programmable and have it tuned.
