Default timing belt pricing

i searched, but the answer wasn't too clear.... i'm getting my 90K service done (part of it), and i'm wondering if this is a good price.

1. timing belt
2. water pump
3. cam, crank seal
4. 3 belts (PS, alternator, forgot the last belt)

parts (OEM) and labor = $400.... does tht seem rite? another shop quoted me $600.... any other parts i need to replace besides the ones i listed?

Sounds about right, however I have seen it for as low as 300 in some places with their specials and all.

I wouldn't reuse the tensioner. Make sure that they are replacing that as well.

My TB cost $375 back in the day when I had it done. Next time it is due, I will tackle it myself.

Do the tensioners commonly go bad? I bought just a timing belt and water pump from a friend who sold his teg and am planning to change them soon but i wasn't going to buy a tensioner.

It could go wrong, which can cause your timing belt to malfunction, and may cause serious damage to your engine. Its insurance for your motor, I recommend replacing it.
