Power loss
A couple weeks ago i noticed some power loss along with the maint required light... now im having trouble with it getting to start unless i hit the gas still doesnt have as much power and my i can smell my clutch a bit if i go above 4000 rpm... i need some help and would be thankful of help... thanks

The Maitenance Required light is just a reminder light. It is not indicative of any fault in the motor, simply a reminder to perform the scheduled preventative maintenance. The Integra FAQ thread has the instructions you need to reset it.
It sounds like your clutch is on the wane (since you say you can smell it at high-rpm). If it is slipping at high rpm, that will reduce the amount of power reaching the wheels, making the car feel less powerful.
