I don't completely agree with the above. I think you will always gain something with tuning. Your engine will run better tuned. Not a huge deal though.

What do you need a fuel pressure regulator for? What other mods are you planning on doing?
Tuning? That's not tuning. Running a mass produced ECU chip is pointless. Even if he had a tunable EMS, he might gain a whopping 3-5hp with the mods he has...which would be pointless for the cost.

He's full of shit. You have no need to run a FPR. If you used one and turned it up, you'd just run rich...which would make you lose power.

You can run 2 anti spark plug foulers bolted on where the O2 goes, then bolt the O2 on top of those. However, if you live in a state where you have to do emissions testing, you're going to need a new cat.

Suspension and a good set of tires. Suspension upgrades are way more fun than throwing a bunch of shitty bolt-ons on and gaining minimal horsepower at best.

In terms of engine work, cams and a better flowing intake manifold. I am going to assume you have an LS. If so, give up your all motor dream unless you do an ls-vtec conversion.

Crome, Uberdata? And I said you wouldn't get much out of it other than the engine running better, which is never a bad thing.

but the cost dosen't make sense u will not even know the difference, simple bolt on's don't change the engine taht much, so hence why dubcac (which i agree 100 percent with) is saying u don't need it, and its not woth the money the money can spent else where

Yeah, those are tunable...that is not what he's talking about. He's talking about a premade, mass produced computer chip that 99% of the people use. He's not talking about getting crome, uberdata, hondata, or anything like that. He's not talking about going to a dyno and getting it tuned...there is a BIG difference.
