Buying an Integra
You guys think it'd be ok to put a $200 dollar down payment on a $4,000(3,000 something actually) Integra? I dont have much money but I want to put somewhat of a down payment. what do you guys think?

are you going to a buy here pay here lot. If so i'd have a local mechanic check it out first. Those cars are shit tastic.
If its a good car like no check engine light, brake light, abs lights so on and so on. I'd say 500. But then 500 is my usuall down payment number. so 200 on 4 grand doens't sound horrible. what year and mileage is it as well.

It's a 96 LS, I don't know the mileage yet. I still have to go in and check it out. It comes with a free gas warranty and free oil change for one year also. It's a small dealership.

if you go to KBB.com you can type in the year, make, model and stuff and select dealership pricing and stuff. It will let you know if your getting ripped off. But for a 96 4 grand is not too bad. I'd still look it over real close and look how clean the engine bay is. Look for oil leaks around the valve cover or if you can see the cv boots, check them. Just spend a few minutes looking it over if you haven't. Otherwise i'd say do it.
