I wouldnt pay 3.5K for a used car with over 140K miles...

Wait and look around some more... There are more options than this

 

try to haggle the price, or look for another seller...i bought my ls hb with 130k a year ago for less than that.

So in the end my sister's boyfriend is going to buy it for me and i'm just going to make payments to him. I'm very excited haha. So how should I fix it up? It's white, has no spoiler, no tint, and basically stock. Cloth interior. It does have a new Sony Xplod. '95 Acura Integra LS Sedan 4DR.

I bought my son a 95 RS that I thought was clean. The car fax was great,
but the care ended up having a run, stollen engine. I ended up replaceing
almost everything of importance on the car. This $4000.00 Integra ended
up being a $9500.00 clean rebuilt RS. My advise would be to have a good
mechanic go over the car competely. Compression test, leak down test etc. Good luck.
