I really like both of my sets of Neuspeed springs. I had the race and sports and they were both great springs.

Those shocks won't last long when paired with a set of lowering springs. You could either wait for them to blow out, or just upgrade when everything is apart.

I wouldn't give them a year.

If you are looking for performance, it would be very wise to change out the shocks for some better ones that can handle the higher spring rates of lowering springs. Otherwise, it will be bouncy and handle poorly.
