What cams are these?

My friend got these and told me they are Type r cams i checker here: http://www.ff-squad.com/tech/temp/VtecCams.htm and they really don't look like type r

. CAn anyone help plz?

Also are any of the after maket STAGE cams smog legal? And which stages require valvetrain upgrades?

the only cam that i know of is the skunk2 stage 1 cams, taht are CARB legal, and come with the carb sticker, u don't need valve trian either for those cams..
