Default Help me decide on suspension

Ive been looking into a suspension for some time. when i first bought my teg i was like OH BIG RIMS AND LOWER IT. so i went out and bought.........ebay dropzone coilovers...... I KNOW but now i wanna spend some real money and i was looking into Ground Control coilovers with 16way adjustable Koni yellows...Will i still see a HARD ASS and i mean HARD ASS ride with these or will the Konis help make it more soft. I guess im looking for a drop, soft ride yet still performance. This is almost my DD as i do have a 94 civic, SO with my 95 GSRTurbo my every other day car....what would be best. GC with Koni Yellows or just get lowering springs and shocks? thanks all

GC's are available in custom spring rates, so you can tailor it to your needs.

Soft and performance is an oxymoron. Kind of like a huge turbo with no lag...it doesn't exist.

You will have to compromise ride quality if you want performance suspension.

I have ground controls:

They are linear rate springs. Meant for racing. I was also uninformed when I got these. You would be better off getting something with a tender spring or progressive rate spring. Tein is a great bet. Or the progressive rate eibach sportline kit (unadjustable) w/ konis.

I have 375 front and 250 Rear. I went with AGX but since then have heard that they are not stiff enough for higher spring rates.

If you do ground control. Go with 375 or 400 in front and 225 in the rear and koni struts. That should be pretty well balanced and not too rough.
