as the title states... i need help with the "daytime running lights" on my car.(2000 GSR)

- is it possible to rewire the whole thing so that my dtr is always on even when the headlights are on. i mean still at its "lowbeam" state coz i don't want them to be on at "highbeams"

do you guys get my question? any help will be greatly appreciated!

they are on with the headlights.... im assuming ou have a 3rd gen?

they are not on when headlights are on.... they are only turned on when the headlights are off or when you turn on the highbeams.

 

:thinking: wow... that's a weird one... are you talking about the lower yellow/orange corner lenses in the front?

"drl" = daytime running lights

the drl labeled there are the highbeams which go on at a fraction of what they would if high beams were on in drl mode
then low beams are on the outter 2 headlights come on
and when high beams are on, all 4 come on

 

damn canadian tegs...I have no idea, man. h:

but what is your point? i just want the drl to be on all the time (which is on "fraction of what they would if high beams were on"
