headers are loud?

Default headers are loud?

if i get dc 4-2-1 headers (ceramic) will it make my car louder or will sound pretty much stock?

GSR's are loud enough stock, but as far as your question I have no idea.

itll sound a lil bit throatier/hollow tone..but not much louder

Aftermarket headershave thinner walls versus stock, so it will make your car slightly louder. For reasons unknownst to me, my exhaust also sounded better after I installed my header. Optimal exhaust gas velocity = improved sound?

the overall sound of your car will change....about it getting louder, not sure.

Since virtually all aftermarket header applications are tubular opposed to the OEM cast iron header piece, there will be a minimal sound change due to the thinner wall like someone said eariler. You won't notice it enough to be bothersome.
