if you have larger cams, they could be causeing the problem

the car is completly stock the only thing done is the timing is advanced i tried putting the timing back to factory but it stills idles weird

Have you looked at the FAQ article on idle adjustment yet?

If not, do so. Your problems may be indicative of a vacuum leak.
