Well im trying to consider everything when attempting to check out this stupid electrical problem with my TDC and CYP sensors. I started out pulling my entire wiring harness out of the car and looking over ever plug i could. I have a ohm meter and ill be checking the wires going to those 2 sensors to make sure they are all still intact. Then i was looking at my jumper harness for my obd2-obd1 and yup all those wires are intact. EXCEPT some of the plugs on the harness side and the ecu have corrosion on them. None that effect my sensors that i need, but upon pulling the ecu apart I see there is a peice of metal, or possibly solder left in there. Could this thing rolling around have shorted something out on me?
Again, could be a long shot but im just taking into consideration everything.
