I didn't have a fitting on the compressor housing at all.

 

Not all turbos come with a nipple on the compressor housing.

 

but if there is one....which there is one on mine i should cap it then right?
looking at that pic again from the link provided i understand how to hook it up now BUT it says to put it back into the intake manifold b4 the throttle plate....i thought it should be run to my vacume manifold.....or can it?

 

I wouldn't cap it. It will give you the best wastegate response if you tap the source from there since you will be seeing it as it is made. I wouldn't run it to the manifold.

ok here it is:
Port for the BOV, port on the cold side of the turbo, 2 ports on the WG(top and back), and that manual boost controller. I dont care where they go as long as its right and will make the car start!!!! hah this is killing me, and i know once i see it ill be like AAAAAAAHHHH ok ok i get it

 

What do the two ports on the wastegate do? You are making this a whole lot more difficult than it should be.

im not sure the the 2 ports do but i do see a lot of people not using the top port.
i was told to just connect the compressor side nipple to the back port on the WG and not use a BC. just run it off the spring
