its right under the IM. on top of a black box. if u still have the OEM one in there it should be red and look like a plastic 90 degree elbow.

ye thats the one. im sure mines fine but after how many niles should it be replaced and about how much$?

It doesn't need to be replaced at any interval. It is supposed to be inspected for clicking when the hose is pinched every 60k miles, but if it checks out, leave it.

A faulty PCV would cause what in terms of bad emissions?
