C-Pillar bar doesn't due anything for the suspension. All it does is pretty much reduce hatch creak.

BTW, that pic makes me miss my Integra a lot

The old saying goes with pretty much anything: "Your setup is as good as your weakest component."

The C-pillar bar will reduce chassis flex a lot, which I'm sure the 2-door hatches suffer from pretty significantly given the wide open space, noticeable or not.

It may not be noticeable in daily driving though.

i'm sure most everyone agrees that this mod is mostly show.

those that think otherwise i've noticed always explain it away with platitudes..

"hey man, it reduces flex!"
"your suspension is only as strong as your weakest link!"
etc..

all of that means nothing without any solid physical explanations..
i.e.
- how so-called top-end flex is a detriment to handling..
- how much flex does the top-end really have..
- how much of a difference does it make in tightening the top-end..
- what impact does that have on the handling.. how..
etc..

btw, rugsr, i've heard before about that thing causing more squeaks..

you need to purchase em racing's cpillar and strut bar to connect them with the middle bar. i haven't seen any other bars on the market that can do that yet except theirs so far.
