From what i heard, its better to keeep the bottom end of the chassis tight and the top loose, IE let it flex.

SCHMOO:I agree. The Comptech rear sway bar was the best investment, suspension-wise, that I have made.

are you talking about the one UNDER the car, next to the gas tank?

BTW i did the c-pillar too, BUT i did it for looks. had extra 30bux so i figured y not. MENTALLY it felt like it did something........but i doubt it did. ILL TELL YA WHAT THOUGH! I went to depot and got pipe insullation and wraped it and then "jerry-rigged" my camera on it........makes a GREAT camera holder for movies. I got one if ya want to see what it looks like

i do have a pic but its arcived and ill have to find it. right now im at the garage working on her and i might just take a pic..........if i brought my camera. BUT i will get a pic and provide the movie
