Default spark plugs and wires?

My son is installing a rebuilt LS motor that he will eventually turbo. I'm curious about the HP gains that can be acheived with new wires and plugs if any.
If this is possible, what would you suggest and what type of gains can I see and what's the cost? Thanks,

Wires and plugs won't really gain power. Most aftermarket wires actually lose power. There was a dyno test done a number of years ago. NGK makes really good wires. If he's going to go turbo, I'd recommend a copper electrode plug one to two heat ranges colder than stock. Most people run the NGK BKR7E.

Default dubcac - suspension setup

We're just about to install H&R race springs with KYB 4 way adjustible shocks. I notices this is the same setup you have. Are you happy with
the result and did it tighten up the ride?

Thnaks,
Don't forget the camber kit, and alignment when it is all done. I've been on this site for a while and I don't think I've read dubac complaining about his suspension. But he can tell you different if so.

So with that being said, w/just an intake and exhaust do you think I'm losing power w/my awesome blue 8mm Accell wires? To tell you the truth I have never really noticed a difference. I think I did it mainly to dress up the engine bay a little.

Thnaks,
I'm actually running the H&R sports. I didn't want to drop the car as much as the race do. However, I love the setup. The ride is tight, and it handles like it's on rails. You're definitely going to need a camber kit, like centerforce said.

I think NGK makes a much better wire. You probably won't notice a difference with a switch, but I wouldn't run anything other than NGK on my car.

My former GSR was riding on H&R Race springs and KYB AGX's. Here are 2 shots (front and rear):

Default camber kits

Thanks for all theinformation. Your pictures were great. What camber
kit to you guys recommend and are these front and rear. What is the
approximate cost and is the camber kit set up when you do the
alignment?

Thanks

I used the skunk2 upper control arm kit for the front, and nothing in the rear.
