Default what would you pay?

So i went to a shop today in racine and i got prices for everything that i would need for a complete turbo kit and it would come around 6 grand or so and it would give me about 270-280whp with stock internals. i don't think that is a bad price considering that it's all top of the line parts. i would rather go this way than to buy a kit that is already put together cause it would be easier to upgrade i think but let me know what you guys think

thanks
bryan

ahh ic... that looks about right... for that cost honestly you could get an amazing full race manifold/dp, so u might wanna reconsider that... im assuming your getting something like the greddy FMIC with spearco core.... umm... other than that it all seems about right... i mean u are getting pretty much everything at once... the pipe kit seems a little overpriced as well

unless I mis-calculated something, it came out to a little over $6800, so if it's worth it to gain that much hp for that much money, then go for it...all the parts look like good, big name brand stuff, so if they're a good reputable shop then the setup will be pretty solid

oh yeah, and did they say about how much boost you'll be running? just curious

i would be able to set it at anywhere between 6 to 10 but it would be with stock internals. real pricey i know

Spend money on reinforcing the bottom end before you even think about boosting. Crank and at least forged rods and pistons should be #1 priority.
