it's not the PSI that matters... it's actually the CFM, the amount of air actually going thru the turbo... look it up.
t66 turbo = big fucker
t28 turbo = little guy

running 10psi in each of those would yeild VERY different results.... so to answer your question it really depends.. u can expect about 80-90 at least on a good setup running 8-10lbs


edit: carsound is good for the cat too

The Skunk2 is 60mm or 2.36". It is probably a decent choice for turbo because the muffler is a very straight through design. If you plan on a good amount of power, you should be looking at a 3" downpipe, high flow muffler, and a 3" catback system.

I'd get the Thermal R&D 3" turbo exhaust, and a 3" Carsound cat.

yeah, if you have all the extra $$$$ to spend...I say keep your current exhaust, get a high-flow cat, and see how you do from there...if you're looking for a bit more and need a bigger exhaust, then go for it, but not before you need it.
