Default b18b and b18a differences??

Are there any power or any kind of differences between a b18b and a b18a, other than obd1 and obd0???

The later, more powerful B18B1 motor had marginally larger intake ports and a bit more intake cam duration. The bore and stroke remained the same.

OBD-0 isn't really applicable to the USDM B18A or B18B1; the former wasn't in use until 1991, when OBD-1 diagnostics became mandatory.
