I am sort of looking into parts for my build summer after next if I still have the car. I plan on having it sleeved and bored to 84mm. The sleeve job is around $800, the pistons/rings/wrist pins/rods are around $750, and then bearings. So, you are probably looking at $1600+ with sleeves and less than $1000 without.
