Default speedometer help

yo whats up gentlemen and possibly ladies.
i just changed my spark plugs, wires, and cap rotor. I also got a fuel and air induction service, as well as a throttle body cleaning and replaced the fuel filter. Now my speedometer is messed up. When i push on the gas, the meter moves slowly to whatever speed i get to. Its about a 2-3sec delay and when i come to a complete stop, the meter slowly moves back down. Can anyone tell me what I can do to fix it? Thanks too you all. peace

Is just the needle moving slowly, or the whole car is sluggish? If the car drives normally but the needle lags, check your Vehicle Speed Sensor.

This is what the sensor looks like...

(image borrowed from TI)

Now... that doesn't help find the buggah real easy, now does it.. haha..
it's right under all the hose work and shit on the passenger side of the vehicle.
I'm not 100%, but i'm prettty sure that you have to take off your intake (especially if it's the thick stock hosing.) in order to reach it enough to tell what's going on....

Hope I was somewhat helpful.
