Default car is running crappy

i just installed my new valve seals and stuff like that i had taken my timing belt off when i took the cams out and i have all the marks lined up the way it is in the book but when u start the car it starts right up but the car is running like CRAP just is stuttering and the car wont rev up so i was thinking that i need to either adjust the timing with a timing light or adjust the ignition but wasnt sure do you guys have any thoughts

Listen man take it from me sorry to say this but your timing is way off and personally if i were you i would not drive the car around like that. Have the engine looked at by someone who is pretty good at timing adjustment. Cause you could be causing a lot more harm to your motor so don't risk it.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ DEF listen to this man! The timing belt isn't the only thing to get messed up when replacing valve seals. Cam timing and valve timing are very crucial, and I recommend starting over. Assuming you did everything besides the timing belt correctly, the least I would expect to find AFTER you did it is a bent valve. Good luck man, valve seals are supposed to be sinchy, but if you don't fully understand engine and cam timing, its really hard!!
