i just installed my new valve seals and stuff like that i had taken my timing belt off when i took the cams out and i have all the marks lined up the way it is in the book but when u start the car it starts right up but the car is running like CRAP just is stuttering and the car wont rev up so i was thinking that i need to either adjust the timing with a timing light or adjust the ignition but wasnt sure do you guys have any thoughts
